David Jiang is an experienced investor and entrepreneur. David has built software and hardware companies in Silicon Valley and seen startups from angel to sale cycle. David has assisted the spinoff of a Nasdaq company and its list on the exchange. David was previously CEO and Board Member at PineBridge Investments (AIG Investments), where he led the turn-around post global financial crisis. He was also Global Head of Index and ETF Investing at BNY Mellon and BNY Mellon Investment Asia Pacific CEO. David has sat on boards in Europe, Asia, Middle East, Latin America, and US.  

Mark Barger Elliott is an idea architect whose lifelong fascination with human emotion began during a psychology class at Cornell University. He developed the initial concept of Emotional Architecture—a framework exploring how emotions shape decision-making, identity, and human behavior.

He is the author of two forthcoming books: Life Equations: Formulas for a Life that Adds Up and Write Human: A Field Guide for Creators in the Age of AI and was the creator of the daily blog On Emotions, which attracted thousands of monthly readers.

Mark is perpetual student and holds a Doctorate from San Francisco Theological Seminary and a Masters from Princeton Theological Seminary. He is also an award-winning documentary filmmaker, illuminating the lives of Nashville songwriters and the Lost Boys of Sudan.

Gurpreet Singh holds a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and an M.B.A. in Information Management & Business Analytics. Over the past four years, he has specialized in AI pre-training and fine-tuning large language models, applying techniques such as RLHF and RAG to build and deploy production-grade systems. His work includes fine-tuning state-of-the-art LLMs on emotion-labeled datasets to enable nuanced interpretation of complex emotions, developing proprietary LLMs that integrate human emotions to enhance contextual understanding and human-like interaction, and generating synthetic human data, emotional and behavioral modeling for AI Emotion Engine, and building next-generation human-centric intelligence.

He has contributed to the AI community as a judge at the IEEE Project Showcase at Northwestern University and has collaborated with cross-functional teams, including partnerships with automobile companies, to explore real-world AI applications. As a co-founder of a previous energy technology company, Gurpreet played a key role in developing proprietary battery technology, filing two patents, raising $0.5M in pre-seed funding, and collaborating with leading universities and research labs. His current interests focus on synthetic human data, emotional and behavioral modeling for AI Emotion Engine, and building next-generation human-centric intelligence. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and long-distance running—especially through Golden Gate Park.holds a Master’s in A.I. and an M.B.A in Information Management & Business Analytics. Alina Krasnobrizha is an AI strategist, entrepreneur, and author working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital identity, and human-centered technology. She holds a PhD in mathematical modeling and numerical simulation from École Centrale de Nantes and previously served as an Associate Professor of Applied Mathematics at Paris Nanterre University before moving into the tech industry.

She later held leadership roles as CTO and Head of Data in several AI startups across women’s health, blockchain, fintech, and analytics. Alina is also the co-author of La Révolution IA: quand l’intelligence artificielle réinvente l’entreprise, a book on how artificial intelligence is reshaping work, organizations, and business models.

Bal Kumar is a founding-level engineering leader and Co-Founder/CTO building AI-native B2B platforms. He built a multi-tenant GenAI platform enabling natural-language analytics and agentic data workflows powered by LLMs and GPU-native infrastructure.

Previously, Bal led Trust & Safety and revenue systems at Yahoo, where he delivered ML-driven automation and built an S3-equivalent on-premise document store to support large-scale data access and processing. He is the inventor of a defensive patent for a rules-engine–based system that aggregates third-party ad statistics and automates reconciliation for display advertising billing.

Earlier at Oracle, he worked on Oracle Fusion Receivables, leading technical design efforts and contributing to core modules within large-scale ERP systems.

He is a recipient of Yahoo! Hackovation, Superstar Team, and Excellence Awards.
